Pontus Lindgren (M.Sc., R.P.Bio.) is a wildlife biologist and Research Associate with the Applied Mammal Research Institute in British Columbia. He has been studying small mammals throughout British Columbia since the early 1990s. His research interests include studying the impacts of forest practices on small mammals, plant communities, and ungulate habitat use. In addition to western harvest mice, Pontus has worked on several Species at Risk, including mountain beavers (Aplodontia rufa) and Pacific water shrews (Sorex bendirii).
