Remerciements

La rédaction du présent rapport a nécessité la collaboration de nombreuses personnes. Les données historiques pour la côte du Pacifique ont été assemblées avec diligence et rendues accessibles par Brian Gisborne, qui a consacré bénévolement plusieurs semaines à cette tâche--merci !
