Management Plan for the Riddell's Goldenrod (Solidago riddellii) in Canada

Riddell’s Goldenrod is an herbaceous perennial in the aster family, which has a disjunct distribution in Canada and the United States. In Canada, it is located only in southeastern Manitoba and southwestern Ontario. It was listed as Special Concern under the federal Species at Risk Act in 2003. The Minister of the Environment is the competent minister under SARA for the management of Riddell’s Goldenrod, and has prepared this management plan as per section 65 of SARA. It has been prepared in cooperation with the provinces of Ontario and Manitoba.
