Order Acknowledging Receipt of the Assessment Done Pursuant to Subsection 23(1) of the Act (Volume 155, Number 14, 2021)

The Order acknowledges receipt by the Administrator of the Government of Canada in Council (the Administrator) of the assessment with respect to Striped Bass, St. Lawrence River population, done by the Committee on the Status of Endangered Wildlife in Canada (COSEWIC) in accordance with its functions under paragraph 15(1)(a) of the Species at Risk Act (SARA), and as required under subsection 23(1) and section 24 of that Act.
