Critical Habitat of the Bull Trout (Salvelinus confluentus) Saskatchewan-Nelson Rivers Populations Order: SOR/2021-31
The objective of this regulatory initiative is to trigger, through the making of a critical habitat order, the prohibition in subsection 58(1) of the Species at Risk Act against the destruction of any part of the critical habitat of the Bull Trout that is identified in the recovery strategy for the species, outside of Banff, Jasper, and Waterton Lakes National Parks.
